Rights to Participate
The tournament is open for all players with a FIDE rating under 2000
Technical Regulations
- FIDE rated Swiss system in 9 rounds. Entitled to participate are all players who have a FIDE rating below 2000 at the start of the event. They must not hold any title above CM (WCM).
- Time limit per player: 60 minutes for 40 moves + 30 min. for the rest of the game + 30 seconds increment for every move starting from move one. A player forfeits the game if he hasn’t appeared at his board within 15 minutes after the start of the game.
- Tie break criteria:
- Direct encounter (the results of the player in the same point group);
- Buchholz (-1);
- Buchholz;
